Yoga Teacher Training

South-Africa

The 200-Hour Hatha/Ishta Traditional Yoga Teacher Training Certification offers a comprehensive curriculum rooted in the ancient art of yoga, encompassing its tradition, psychology, and philosophy. Emphasizing the eight limbs of yoga, this program recognizes that true mastery and the union of the finite and infinite self can only be achieved through understanding and integrating all eight limbs.

This training teaches how to blend ancient teachings with modern life, fostering balance, inner peace, and fulfillment. It is open to all and non-denominational. Pathways Academy of Life is a certified yoga school (CYS & RYS) with the World Yoga Alliance, allowing students the option to register as Certified Yoga Teachers (CYT) upon completion. With small group sizes, we ensure personalized attention and a safe learning environment. This tradition of individualized training continues at Pathways Country Yoga Retreat.
