This retreat is FOR YOU if you wish to relax on a stunning stretch of white beach in the Bwejuu area, with the ocean just steps away for swimming or snorkeling. Each morning begins with Qi Gong and a sunrise meditation, followed by a yin-oriented program that emphasizes gentle movement, introspection, and flexibility.

The schedule allows ample time for excursions around the island or for simply unwinding at the retreat center, where you can savor peaceful moments of being rather than doing—letting the sand cradle your feet as you slow down and ground yourself.


About your Hosts

Karin is passionate about family, travel, and exploration. She thrives on connecting with like-minded individuals and values lifelong learning, knowing that each new insight expands her understanding of the world. For years, she has been captivated by yoga, meditation, sound healing, and the connection between the visible and unseen energies that bind us all. Karin is qualified in Sound Therapy, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Reiki, and is currently deepening her practice through a Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

Sybille is a holistic physiotherapist specializing in mind-body therapies. She is dedicated to helping individuals heal by reconnecting with themselves and discovering their own healing power. Sybille believes that balancing yin and yang within the body and mind is essential for lasting health and wellness. She incorporates mind-body techniques such as energy healing, breathwork, and mindfulness practices to awaken inner awareness. A qualified Yoga Teacher, Sybille utilizes yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong-inspired movement to encourage self-exploration and healing, teaching individuals how to harmonize their energy systems and connect with the natural world.

Daily Schedule /Itinerary

  • There are twin/double/king bedrooms (all en-suite) and a family unit available.

    All double/twin/king rooms will be sold on a "first deposit received, first choice"offer!​

    The retreat centre has a relaxed atmosphere right on a gorgeous stretch of white, sandy beach.

    There is a pool and a pool deck overlooking the ocean, where we will hold most of our practices, if weather permits.

    The venue has an alternate covered upstairs yoga deck overlooking the ocean.

    The restaurant and bar are right beside the pool and it is possible to enjoy your meals with your feet in the sand, overlooking the ocean.

    Food: Healthy vegetarian meals.
